Faith and Light communities bring together people with learning disabilities, their families and their friends. We meet in the belief that:
• Each person is of infinite worth, able to give as well as receive.
• People with learning disabilities have special gifts to share with the Church and World.
• As members of God's family we are called to encourage and support each other.
Faith and Light is an international movement with communities in more than
80 countries.

Here at St. Joseph's we meet on the 1st Saturday of each month in the church hall from 2-4 pm. We have regular visits to local venues, we visit other F & L communities in the north of England and Yorkshire and we entertain them when they come to us. We have a National Summer Celebration each year meeting other communities and spend five days away together in celebration, prayer, workshops and days out. For further information please contact Fr.
