1) The meeting opened with a prayer.
2) Apologies - Kate and Father Harry apologised that they would have to leave early.
3) The minutes of the previous 2 meeting were agreed.
4) Matters Arising - Deanery Mass on 27th February at St Joseph's has been put in the diary. Bill Drake said that he would put notice in the bulletin about Deanery Masses in future and will liase with the relevant groups.
Fairhaven's Day of Prayer clashed with our weekend.
Churches Together - the Lenten procession will be to St Paul's this year, there will be no joint Lenten services but St Joseph's have been asked to do something to launch Lent so the Churches will be coming to us for the Ash Wednesday Service.
5) Renewing the Chair - Greg has volunteered to take over.
6) Refreshing the Team - Greg put forward a name to join the team as a new member and he will speak to them about joining. Father Harry said that we need to think about out role. A new member means that one of the Bills can step down as they have served their term.
7) Fylde Strategic Partnership - feedback from Richard; he has contacted Fylde Strategic Partnership and they have emailed a questionnaire to Kate. She has replied so that we are now represented on their team - someone from this group can attend their meetings in the New Year.
8) Evangelisation Fund - a submission to the Admin team on the needs of the fund will be made so that it can be put into the budget..
9) AOB - None.
10) There then followed a presentation by Margaret Spillane on Wyse Money.
11) Date of the next meetings:
Tuesday 15th January at 7pm
Tuesday 12th February at 7pm
