3) Matters arising: -
Edwina reported that she has had an exchange of correspondence with Father Peter Verity and he only wants to talk to 6 or 7 people. Edwina has approached Paul Kelly and Anne Wormleighton and they have both agreed to attend. It was decided that Edwina, Father Harry and Kate should attend from the Parish Development team. This leaves 2 vacancies and Edwina said that she would ask 2 more people.
The talk is to take place on Feb 7th at 7pm.
Skills Audit
Edwina reported that the information collected was being input onto the computer starting with the census information first and then the skills audit information.
4) Grassroots Programme: It was agreed that this was a good thing to get involved in; Jan and Mary will talk to Sue at St Paul's charity shop for more information before it is pursued further.
5) AOB
Bill Drake (the Deanery Representative) informed the group that the Deanery Mass is to be held on Wed 28th February at St Joseph's at 7.30 pm. The choir and other groups involved need to be told.
The other Deanery masses are: St Joseph's Wesham 14th March and St Anne's Westby 28th March. The theme is "Prayer". It was noted that refreshments will be needed afterwards and that the hall will need to be booked. It was agreed that the arrangements for the Mass should be handed over to the Liturgy group.
6) Dates for the next three meetings:
13th February,
13th March
