Notes of the 46th meeting held in the Presbytery on Tuesday 12th September 2006
Present:

1) The minutes of the previous meeting were agreed.
Matters arising: -
Parish Database -Edwina has spoken to Mike and he is making progress.
Parish survey - Edwina put a note in Fred's bulletin about Feast Day Mass
times and will put this proposal to the Parish Council at their next meeting.
Schools - Helen to talk to Our Lady's School about their input to the bulletin.
2) Programme of activity:-
The following programme was agreed:
10th October - Skills Audit
7th November - Training
5th December - Deepening the Prayerfulness of the Parish.
3) Refreshing the Team:
After a short reflection on a reading from Act 1, 3 names were suggested who
will be approached and asked if they will be members of the Parish Development
Team.
4) Any other business:
A Mass for the sick is being arranged for October.
Christmas Masses:
Saturday 23rd: 6.00 pm Vigil Mass
Christmas Eve (Sunday): 9.30 am
11.30 pm, with Carols (no 5.05pm)
Christmas Day: 10 am (no 11 am this year)
New Year's Day: 12 noon.
Reconciliation: Sunday 17th December 3pm.
5) Date of next meeting:
Tuesday 10th October.
