St Joseph’s Parish Ansdell Development Team

Notes of the 44th meeting held in the Presbytery on Tuesday 6th June 2006

1) Bill Drake led the prayer and remembered the sick people of the parish.
2) The minutes of the previous meeting were agreed.
Matters arising: -
Parish Database - it was felt that an update report was needed from Mike Ormond and as Edwina had spoken to Mike previously it was thought that she could do this.
3) Skills Audit - this needs to be done so that the information can be added to the Parish database when it is ready. Bill Cookson showed the team some leaflets concerning the collection of Parish information. It was decided that everyone should have a copy of the leaflets and look at them at home ready for the next meeting.
4) Parish survey - as 2 members were missing it was decided to look over the survey results at home ready for the next meeting.
5) Next meeting - Wednesday 12th July.
