Notes of 39th Meeting held in the Presbytery on
Tuesday 22nd November at 7.30pm

1) Minutes of last meeting: these were agreed
2) Matters Arising:
Registrars - Father Harry said that he hadn't spoken to the other candidate
but that we would go with Anne Williams and Helen Shields.
Database - Edwina to chase Mike Zammit
Baptisms and Weddings -
Advent Service details - Edwina still to do
Our Lady Star of the Sea - Helen still to organise
Deacons - Bill Drake still to talk to the possible candidates
Voice Questionnaire - Edwina sent out 20 and had only 1 reply.!
Clifton Hospital - Fr Aiden and Fr Mark are taking over the Chaplaincy there
but there still needs to be a mechanism to let St Joseph's parish know who is
sick. Edwina to put a notice in the bulletin to remind people to phone if they
are sick or know of someone going into hospital.
3) A.O.B.
Father Harry said that he has received some comments about the 9.30am Sunday
Mass and that this needs to be looked with the Liturgy Group. An item to be
put on the agenda so that the whole mass can be looked at.
4) Opening up debate on the future:
It was decided that there should be a special meeting devoted to this issue
which will be held in December.
