Notes of twenty-second meeting held in the Presbytery on Tuesday 11th May 2004 at 8:00pm

1 Paul opened the meeting and welcomed all present.
2 Paul led the opening prayer and a period of reflection on John 14:23-29.
3 Team retreat: All agreed that the day at Tabor had been a success. Key themes
arising from the retreat were discussed and consideration given to how the team
could communicate the outputs from the day with the wider Parish family. It
was agreed that a summary of the day should be produced and published in the
bulletin and that specific elements relating to how the team interacts with
other Parish groups and committees should be addressed by arranging a meeting
with group/committee representatives.
Actions:
Anne & Bill Drake to contact all groups/committees
Wanda to book the Hall for the evening of 16 June
Anne & Kath to organise cheese & wine refreshments
Edwina to produce summary of outputs for publication
4 Protection of children & vulnerable adults: Bill Cookson to arrange to set out the requirements of the Diocesan Protection Commission directive to the Parish group/committee representatives at the meeting on 16 June.
5 Record of Development Team Projects: Paul produced a list of 32 projects that the team have been involved with since their formation 18 months ago. The list includes details of who in the Parish is responsible for taking the individual projects forward and who is the key contact on the development team for each project. Paul asked that the team review the list before the next meeting and note any changes or amendments that were needed.
6 Date of next meeting: Wednesday 2 June at 8pm
7 The meeting closed at 9:40 with a prayer
